Rochester,NY : Manslaughter, DWI charges for driver in fatal Rochester motorcycle crash Saturday 6:30 p.m. July 19th 2014.

State police say a motorcycle driver has been charged with riding drunk and manslaughter after a crash that killed his passenger.

They say Dennis Conklin of Williamson has been charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated following an investigation of the wreck that left 46-year-old Mary Nolan of Rochester dead.

Troopers say Conklin was weaving through traffic at high speed when he crashed around 6:30 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 590 in Rochester.Nolan as thrown from the bike and Conklin was injured.
