Galloway Township, NJ : Pedestrian struck and killed by car while crossing road on early Wednesday morning July 16th 2014

Galloway Township police say a car struck and killed a pedestrian.

The accident happened early Wednesday on Leipzig Avenue.

Police say a car driven by 33-year-old Eric Eller of Galloway was traveling north when it hit the pedestrian. The pedestrian has not yet been identified.

The investigation into the accident continues and no charges have been filed.
