Woman dies in crash near 22nd, Kolb

A crash at 22nd and Kolb has left a woman dead.Police said 71-year-old Thelma Torrez was thrown from her car when it rolled just before 2 p.m.She was not wearing a seatbelt.The other driver, 62-year-old Marjorie Villacorte now faces charges of causing serious physical injury or death by a moving vehicle, a misdemeanor.
She and her passenger were not injured.
