Davenport,IA : Shots-fired incident leads to crash in Davenport on February, Monday 26th 2018

Police have made two arrests stemming from Monday's incident. 25-year-old Emmons P. Green of Davenport has been charged with Carrying Weapons, Trespassing, and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. 27-year-old Robert Allen-Williams of Bettendorf has been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Trespassing.
