Coshocton, OH : Man injured in one-vehicle accident at the Coshocton County Sportsman Club on Monday night, April 25, 2016
A Coshocton man was flown by helicopter Monday night following a one-vehicle accident involving a tree.
According to the Coshocton County Sheriff's Office, the 45-year-old driver traveled at a high rate of speed, lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree at the Coshocton County Sportsman Club. First responders were dispatched to the scene on Jackson Township Road 283 at 10:24 p.m.
The driver was transported by MedFlight to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, Jackson Township Fire Department, Coshocton Fire Department and Prince's Wrecker Service. The accident remains under investigation by the sheriff's office.
