A Tennessee woman died in a crash along Interstate 81 in Franklin County Tuesday afternoon.
According to State Police at Chambersburg, Emma Kepka, 78, was a passenger in the vehicle that went off the southbound lanes of I-81 in Antrim Township around 2:40 p.m. Tuesday and struck a stone pile, causing the vehicle to go airborne before coming down on its side. Kepka was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, Rudolph Kepka, 81, of Tennessee, suffered a non-life-threatening injury and was taken to a hospital in Greencastle.
