Franklin,PA : Woman accused of DUI crash with child, 4, in vehicle on May, Thursday 17th 2018

A Franklin woman is facing charges after she was allegedly in a DUI crash with her 4-year-old son inside the vehicle last month in Cranberry.

The woman, identified as Emily Nelson, 26, had been found by police passed out in a vehicle just a few hours before the crash, police said.
