SHREWSBURY, VT : Crash in Shrewsbury kills 1 on Sunday, 10th November 2024

Police say one person is dead after a crash in Shrewsbury.

It happened at about 4 a.m. Sunday.

Vermont State Police say a car headed south on Cold River Road crossed the centerline, went off the road, hit a guardrail and then crashed into a tree.

The driver died at the scene. Police have not yet released that person’s name.

Troopers are still investigating the crash. Anyone with information is asked to call the barracks in Rutland at 802-773-9101.
