Nutter Fort, West Virginia
Two people were taken to United Hospital Center with non-life-threatening injuries following a single-vehicle wreck at about 9:45 a.m. Friday off Buckhannon Pike near Nutter Fort, Harrison Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Burton said.
“The driver lost control of his vehicle negotiating the curve,” Burton said.
Transported to the hospital were the 41-year-old male driver, who was operating a Kia Sedona, and the passenger, a 64-year-old man.
One lane of the roadway was closed for about half an hour to get the driver out of the vehicle and get it towed, Burton said.
The Nutter Fort and Stonewood volunteer fire departments, Anmoore EMS and Harrison County Sheriff’s Department responded.
