Lasvegas, NV : Driver critically injured after crashing into wall on Thursday, January 26th 2017

A driver was critically injured this morning after crashing into a wall south of North Pecos Road and Stewart Avenue, according to Metro Police.

The single-vehicle crash happened about 6:20 a.m. The driver — the only person in the vehicle — was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, police said.

Pecos Road was shut down in both directions between Stewart and Sunrise avenues, police said. Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
