Frederick, MD : 1 killed, 1 injured in wreck on US Route 40 in Frederick on Wednesday morning, October 29, 2014

Frederick police are investigating a fatal collision on U.S. Route 40. Police say the vehicles collided on westbound Route 40 in Frederick early Wednesday morning. One driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was flown by helicopter to a hospital. No other details were available. The crash is under investigation.
