Police responded to a report of a collision just after 1:30 p.m. between a car and a motorcycle on Route 5 in Weathersfield.
According to police, a Volkswagen Jetta driven by Carly Larmie, 23, was following another car south when, Larmie said, she started having an issue with the front wheel. She said she was attempting to signal her friend in the lead car when she crossed the center line and collided with the northbound motorcycle, police said.
