Emergency crews worked an accident with serious injuries involving a motorcycle and another vehicle in the McClellanville area Thursday night.
Officials with Awendaw McClellanville Consolidated Fire District said it happened on Highway 17 between South Santee Road and Seven Mile Road around 9 p.m.
Authorities requested a medical helicopter for a patient with serious injuries.
