Two people sustained minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Tyndall.
Brecken Bullard, 17, was injured when her vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Geddes resident John Estrada, 35, at 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Dakota Highway 50 and Main Street in Tyndall. Estrada also sustained minor injuries, according to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
Bullard, of Springfield, was driving southbound on Main Street when she stopped at the junction. She continued to drive south across the intersection when she collided with Estrada, who was driving eastbound.
Both drivers were wearing a seat belt. Charges are pending for both drivers.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol investigated the crash. The Bon Homme County Sheriff's Office, Tyndall Police Department, Tyndall Ambulance and Bon Homme County Emergency Management also responded.
