KINGSBURY, NY : Two young men were hurt in a motorcycle crash on Thursday, September 21st 2017

Two young men were hurt in a motorcycle crash on Lock 8 Way on Thursday night, police said.

Kordell J. Benson, 19, was taken to Albany Medical Center via helicopter after he was thrown from a motorcycle he was riding when he lost control and hit a set of guardrails, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Benson's motorcycle then ricocheted into one driven by Tanner T. Flores, 22, of Fort Edward, who was thrown from his bike as well, police said.

Flores suffered minor injuries, and Benson's injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, police said. His condition was not immediately available.

The investigation into the 7:04 p.m. crash was ongoing Friday.
