Nixa, MO: Victim of deadly crash in Nixa identified on Thursday, July 23rd 2015

A man was killed when his pickup collided with a car in Nixa.The crash happened about 11:20 Thursday morning at the intersection of Highway 160 and Rosedale Road. Police believe a car pulled into the path of the pickup, knocking it down anembankment.The driver of the truck was killed, identified as 80 year old Calvin Chalfant
of Ozark. The passenger of the pickup was seriously hurt.No one else was injured, and no charges have been filed.The Missouri State Highway Patrol is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
