French Creek, NY : Woman, 52, dies after crashing car into tree in western NY on Sunday, September 28, 2014

Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say a 52-year-old woman has died after losing control of her vehicle and crashing into a tree in western New York. The sheriff's office says Brenda McClelland of Ripley lost control of her vehicle on Brownell Road in French Creek shortly after 12:30 a.m. Sunday. She was pronounced dead at a Pennsylvania hospital.
