Waynesboro, PA : Washington Township police seek information on SUV involved in hit-and-run crash Monday night on October 20, 2014

The Washington Township (Pa.) Police Department is seeking information about a Honda sport-utility vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash Monday night. A dark-colored, newer-model SUV with a Pennsylvania license plate rear-ended a car driven by a Cascade woman on Gehr Road near Reynolds Farm at 10 p.m., according to a police department news release. The SUV stopped briefly, but fled the crash scene southbound toward Waynesboro, police siad. “The suspect vehicle likely sustained heavy front-end damage to the fender and grill, and may also have gray paint transfer on it from the vehicle it struck,” the release said.
