ELGIN, SC : Crash closes I-20E in both directions in Richland County on Wednesday, 10th April 2024

A crash closed Interstate 20 East on Wednesday in both directions in Richland County.

The crash happened on the interstate two miles west of Exit 87 near White Pond Road going toward Elgin.

According to the South Carolina Department of Transportation’s website, all lanes were blocked as of 4:20 p.m.

Traffic was congested in the area as a result of the crash.
