PLOVER, WI : Pocahontas County crash fatal to two on Saturday, 8th December 2018

Two people died afternoon when a car failed to stop at an intersection and collided with a semitrailer.The accident occurred at the intersection of Iowa Highway 4 and Pocahontas County Road C15, about three miles west of Plover.

Kyle Lee Briggs, 24, of Denver, Iowa, died at the scene.
