YORK COUNTY, PA : 1 killed in York County crash on Monday, 22nd July 2024

One person is dead after the York County Coroner's Office responded to a fatal crash last evening.

The incident occurred the 7000 block of Lincoln Highway (U.S. 30) in Paradise Township around 8:15 p.m. on July 22, according to the coroner.

One 53-year-old man was killed, the coroner's office said. The crash occurred when the man's pickup truck crossed from the eastbound into the westbound lanes of Route 30 and struck a tractor trailer head-on, according to officials. The coroner says it appears the driver of the pickup truck was not wearing a seatbelt.
