Lasvegas, NV : Pedestrian, 30, hit by SUV, killed on Jones Boulevard on Tuesday, 4th October 2016

A 30-year-old Las Vegas man died Tuesday after he was hit by an SUV while walking across Jones Boulevard, according to Metro Police.

The incident happened about 5 p.m. near Jones and U.S. 95, police said. Drew Alleman was crossing the street outside of a marked crosswalk when he was hit by the northbound SUV, police said.

Alleman was taken to the University Medical Center and pronounced dead, police said.
