NORTH POLE, AK : Second man identified in deadly car crash on Richardson Highway on Sunday, September 24th 2017

The other man, previously only identified by his age, has been named following the notification of his next of kin.

In an update, State Troopers identified Arturo A. Maceo, 77, of North Pole, as the driver of the Jetta in the deadly crash.
