Summerfield,KS : Victim identified in fatal crash in Sumner County on October, Wednesday 4th 2017

A Winfield man has died after a fatal crash in Sumner County Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened around 2:40 in the afternoon. Adam Bennett, 25, of Winfield, was traveling eastbound along US-160 when he drifted left of the center line and collided with a semi-truck.

Bennett was killed in the crash.

A fatal accident in Sumner County has shut down parts of US-160 west of the KTA terminal.

Officials said a car and a semi truck collided.

It is unclear how many people were injured in the crash.
