Three die after separate accidents on Oklahoma roads . Anthony Hathcock, 28, of Shawnee, Racquel N. Black, 39, of Tulsa and Forrest E. Fisher, 21, of Seneca, Mo. died after separate accidents on Oklahoma roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
