Tampa,FL : Valrico man dies in car-bicycle crash on early Tuesday ,July 21st 2015

A Valrico man died after a car hit his bicycle early Tuesday, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.

At 5:18 a.m., the 43-year-old man crossed U.S. 301 on his bicycle into the path of a car, driven by Denise Antoine, 63, of Riverview, according to FHP.

The man was taken to Brandon Regional Hospital where he died. His name was not released pending notification of his family.
