HAMILTON TWP, PA : Bangor teen dies in Monroe County crash on Friday, 22nd January 2021

A 17-year-old Bangor girl was killed in a car crash in Monroe County Friday afternoon, state police said.

The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. on Poplar Valley Road West in Hamilton Township.

State Police said the 17-year-old driver lost control and hit a tree. The car then rolled over several times.

The driver died at the scene.
