KNOXVILLE, TN : 1 dead, 1 charged after crash on I-40 at Papermill on Monday, 7th August 2023

The Knoxville Police Department says a woman has died and one person has been charged with vehicular homicide plus other charges after an overturned vehicle crash at the Papermill exit on eastbound Interstate 40 early Monday morning.

KPD said that Shannon Glasper, 36, of Knoxville, is facing vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and driving while license is suspended.
