Palm Bay , FL: 21- Years old killed in motorcycle crash after she hit by Car while she riding her motorcycle on Friday ,March 20th 2015

she was hit by a car while on her motorcycle, Florida Highway Patrol troopers said.
Troopers said Charles Mosley, 41, was stopped at a red light on Palm Bay Road in the outside left turn lane and began to turn left on Hollywood Boulevard before the light was green.
Jessica Batts, 21, was heading west on Palm Bay Road in the center lane approaching Hollywood Boulevard.
Mosley turned in front of Batts, hitting her motorcycle.
Batts was killed, but Mosley and his three young passengers were OK.
This crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
