Emergency crews worked a fatal accident in North Charleston Wednesday night.
Thomas Johnson, Sr., 52 died on scene as a result of injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident on Ingleside Boulevard, according to the Charleston County coroner.
North Charleston Police are investigating the crash.
