North Ranch, CA : Four people injured in a three-car crash in North Ranch on Wednesday night, November 5, 2014

Crews responded to a traffic collision involving three cars Wednesday night in the North Ranch area of Thousand Oaks, officials said. The crash was reported at 7:03 p.m. near North Westlake Boulevard and East Kanan Road. Crews requested three ambulances and said one person was trapped in a vehicle, officials said. A witness said a tree branch had fallen and blocked a victim inside a vehicle. That person was extricated at 7:22 p.m. Four people were injured in the crash and taken to either Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center or Simi Valley Hospital, officials said.
