CHICO, CA : 2 trucks crash on Highway 99 at Southgate Avenue on Thursday, 29th February 2024

Two trucks crashed on Highway 99 at Southgate Avenue in Chico Thursday afternoon.

The CHP said the first call about a multi-vehicle crash came in at around 3:37 p.m.

The CHP said they arrived about one minute later. The CHP said the cause of the crash was unsafe speed.
