COLORADO SPRINGS, CO : Driver suspected of DUI in I-25 crash that injured 54-year-old woman on Tuesday, 20th October, 2020

A 39-year-old man is suspected of DUI following a two-vehicle crash on I-25 in Colorado Springs on Tuesday.

The crash was reported just after 3 p.m. on the southbound side of the highway near the North Gate exit (156). A 54-year-old woman was injured in the crash and taken to the hospital. Her injuries were considered “moderate,” according to Colorado State Patrol.

The driver of the other vehicle, identified by troopers as Ryan Anderson, is suspected of DUI. He was also charged with careless driving and not having proof of insurance. The charges could change.

Anderson was not seriously injured in the crash.
