Melville, NY : Queens man dead in crash in Rocky Point, Suffolk cops say on Saturday, 24th September 2016

A Queens man died after his vehicle ran off the road and crashed into a tree Saturday morning in Rocky Point, Suffolk County police said.

Thomas Farley, 25, of Astoria, was driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla north on Rocky Point Yaphank Road, north of Whiskey Road, when the car crossed over into the southbound lanes and hit the tree around 8 a.m., a police spokeswoman said.
