Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist critical injured in struck by a car North Las Vegas on Monday March 7 2016

A motorcyclist is in critical condition after police say he was struck by a car Monday evening in North Las Vegas.
North Las Vegas police responded to the intersection of Craig Road and North 5th Street about 5:30 p.m., Officer Aaron Patty said. The motorcyclist was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition.
Northbound 5th Street is closed from Alexander Road to Craig as police investigate the crash, Patty said.
The driver of the car remained on scene and was cooperating with police. No arrests had been made.
