Driver charged in collision that killed 5-year-old boy

A Louisville man was charged with manslaughter and other crimes a day after a two-vehicle collision that killed a 5-year-old Lexington boy. The child, Blake Cohorn, was remembered Monday as a "very active and special" child with a lot of friends.
