Beltway jammed near Route 50

Update, 5:57 a.m.: Two lanes of the inner loop and three lanes of the outer loop of the Capital Beltway just south of U.S. 50 in Prince George's County have reopened following a serious accident early Wednesday. All other Beltway lanes in that area remain closed. R
