ROCHESTER, NY : 13-year-old in critical condition after ATV crash on Tuesday, 4th July 2023

A 13-year-old is in critical condition following an ATV crash Tuesday evening in the town of Butler, according to New York State Police.

Troopers say two juveniles were involved in the crash on Bassett Road in Butler Tuesday just before 8:30 p.m.

A preliminary investigation by NYSP revealed the ATV failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and went down an embankment.
