TORRINGTON, CT : Driver hurt in Torrington crash on Tuesday, November, 7th 2017

Winsted Road was shut down as police and firefighters responded to a two-vehicle head-on crash Tuesday evening. Fire Lt. Mark Hilpert said the two vehicle crash sent the driver of the sedan to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.
