WILLISTON, VT : Drunk driver trying to change pants crashes tractor-trailer on Thursday, 3rd November 2016
There was a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 89 and police say the driver was drunk and attempting to change his pants.
The truck was going 63 mph when it veered off the highway in Williston and rolled over.
Troopers say the driver, Allen Johnson of Meriden, Connecticut, had a blood alcohol content of 0.209. That's more than twice the legal limit for regular drivers, but it's five times over the limit for truck drivers.
