Reno, NV : Two young children killed in fatal crash on Thursday September 24 2015.

A Reno man facing a potential criminal charge after crashing through a house and killing two young children can't be banned from getting back on the road.
Although the 66-year-old motorist was driving with a medical condition and has a history of license suspensions, state law has no provision for permanently revoking driving privileges.
Police say Sheldon Berg may have had a medical episode in June when he drove through a home in a working-class neighborhood of Reno, Nevada, killing a 2-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl.
Authorities have decided against felony charges but the Reno city attorney said he will decide next week if he'll pursue misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges.
If convicted, Berg faces jail time and fines, but could apply to drive again even if his license is suspended.
