Bonner County ,ID : Two people killed in all terrain Vehicle Crash after vehicle plunged off a 500-foot embankment on Sunday ,April 19 2015

A northern Idaho man and woman have died after their all-terrain vehicle plunged off a 500-foot embankment in Bonner County.

Idaho State Police tell The Spokesman-Review that 42-year-old Thomas W. McTevia of Coeur d'Alene and 45-year-old Tina A. Hoisington of Lewiston died in the crash at about midday on Sunday.

Police say McTevia, the driver, went off the edge at Bernard Overlook at the southern end of Lake Pend Oreille east of Athol.

Police say neither was wearing a helmet and both died at the scene.
