Sioux Falls, S.D : Man killed in Harding County semi crash on Friday morning, March 10, 2017
One man has died and another was injured in a semi rollover in Harding County Friday morning.
A 2005 freight liner without the trailer was headed northbound on Highway 85 south of Buffalo when the driver lost control, according to the Department of Public Safety. It went off the road, into the ditch and rolled.
The 24-year-old driver suffered serious non-life threatening injuries and taken to a Bowman, ND, hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The 60-year-old passenger was partially ejected and pronounced dead on scene. He was wearing a seat belt.
Names of the two men are not being released pending family notification.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
