A man was arrested following a crash involving a semitrailer on Interstate 95 at J. Turner Butler Boulevard. Rocky Lynn West was driving a 2006 Ford Fusion in the inside lane on I-95. Jose Herminio Diaz was driving a semitrailer south in the middle lane on I-95. West swerved into the center lane, and the front of his car hit the left back corner of the truck. West’s car flipped one and a half times. The car slid on its roof then stopped in the inside lane. The semitrailer stopped on the right shoulder of the highway. West was not injured in the crash, but he was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license. West is a habitual traffic offender, according to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
