Noble County, IN : Two people were injured when vehicles collided on Tuesday evening July 29th 2014

Two people were hurt Tuesday evening when their vehicles collided in rural Noble County.

A witness reported a 1998 Chevy Blazer, driven by Jesse Filley, 25, of Albion, was traveling eastbound on 100 N, west of 50 W, when it crossed the center line. Filley’s vehicle collided with a westbound 2005 Hyundai Tiberon, driven by Allison Heckman, 20, of Kendallville.

Heckman was flown to Parkview Regional Medical Center, by Samaritan, with a leg injury. Filley was taken by EMS to Parkview Noble Hospital with a possible head injury.

Noble County Sheriff's Department was assisted by Albion Police and Fire departments, Noble County EMS and an Indiana State Police accident reconstructionist.
