CAREY, OH : Rollover crash hurts Carey man on Sunday, August 27, 2017
A Carey man was taken by helicopter to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center Sunday evening following a rollover crash two miles north of Carey, the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reported.
No information was available today from the Toledo hospital on the condition of Jack D. Allison, 59, of 2321 Ohio 568, Carey.
Allison was driving east on Wyandot County 3, on the Wyandot-Seneca County line, about 7 p.m. Sunday when he went off the left side of the road, then off the right side and into a ditch, where the car rolled over before stopping, a deputy reported.
Allison was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reported. The vehicle was totaled, according to the sheriff’s office.
