Wagner , SD : 36-year-old man dies in rollover crash on Highway 46 near Wagner On Friday early morning , November 28th 2014

A 36-year-old South Dakota man is dead following a rollover crash on Highway 46 near Wagner. The South Dakota Highway Patrol says Joseph Earlwin Bernie Sr. died early Friday. Authorities say the Wagner man was driving a 2000 Ford Explorer when he crossed over the centerline and entered the north ditch. The Patrol says Bernie attempted to steer the sports utility vehicle back onto the roadway, but overcorrected and the SUV rolled. Authorities say Bernie was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He died from injuries sustained in the crash.
