ST. LOUIS, MO : 2 injured after multi-vehicle crash closes portion of I-70 in St. Charles County on Wednesday, 6th September 2023

A multi-vehicle crash shut down the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 east of Highway A Wednesday morning.

The lanes closed around 10 a.m. after six vehicles were involved in a crash. A man and woman suffered serious injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The lanes reopened before 2:30 p.m.
