CARTERVILLE, IL : Car lands on its side in Carterville Highway 13 crash on Sunday, 8th October 2023

Emergency crews were on scene of a crash in Carterville where one vehicle ended up on its side.

The crash was on eastbound Highway 13 just before Division Street. This also caused traffic delays in the area as crews were working the scene.

The crash was blocking two of the eastbound lanes. We know there were at least multiple police units on scene, along with a fire crew.

It is unclear at this time what led to the wreck.
