San Diego ,CA :Two people killed and four injured after Two Vehicles Collision on Saturday night ,May 2 2015

Two people were killed and four were sent to the hospital in an overnight wreck on Interstate 15.

Just after 3 a.m. Saturday, an elderly man and woman were killed and four others were sent to the hospital in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 15.

A 2004 Audi A4 traveling northbound on the southbound side of Interstate 15 collided with a 2004 Honda Civic, just after the Scripps Poway Parkway exit, the CHP said.

The driver of the Honda, 55-year-old Rodolfo De la Torre and his passenger, 84-year-old Teresa Esparza Hernandez, were killed, the CHP said. Three other passengers and the driver of the Audi were taken to nearby hospitals with major injuries.

The 21-year-old driver of the Audi was later arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, the CHP said. The crash is also under investigation.
